I'm wondering how many Ukranian prospects are likely to enter into the 2005 draft.

Why Ukranians you may be wondering? Ask yourself this: What happened in Ukraine in 1986? Why, none other than Chernobyl.

The radiation from the Chernobyl explosion would have effects on newly pregnant women. So the moms giving birth to these 1987ers would have had to been exposed to the radiation in 1986. Surely any Ukranians born around that time would have developed super powers from the radiation.

Think about it.. a goalie who can predict the future, he already knows where the puck will be. Or a defenseman with super strength. I think some NHL scouts should look into this.

we would've already heard about those kids as 13 year old prospects - like gretzky at 13, etc.

Kind of like Clark Kent on Smallvile.... but what if they used there powers for hockey as opposed to good or evil?

I think I read that Chernobyl affected more of Belarus than Ukraine.
