OT: Any SSDI lawyers here?

Hi Guys,

I've just won my case for Social Security Disability, and am having concerns regarding my lawyer. I'm pretty sure some of you practice law (Beacon and Jonathan at least, or so I think), and I could really use an answer to a few questions. It regards payment to my lawyer.

Please respond if you think you can provide answers...and then I'll get more specific on the questions.

Mods - Sorry for posting this Off Topic thread, but New York area lawyers are pretty sharp, and it would mean a lot to me if you would leave this up, in the hopes that I can get a few questions answered from a neutral perspective (as opposed from someone that is looking to make money off me).
