he'd simply not report and it'll be an even bigger fiasco
Wouldn't matter to the Steelers, they'd get something out of him. If they won't trade him despite a demand he won't report to Pittsburgh either.

Three of the most talented players in their positions in Bell, AB and Ben, three of the worst attitudes. And without a doubt, one of the worst head coaches to have when trying to manage a situation like this.

What a shame.

He represents sf as the best wr of all time. He does not work for them, though.

I'd give up next year's 1st for Brown. 3 yr/36 mil is a steal of a contract with what he can do.

Niners would be significantly better with Garrapolo and or Mullens firing to Brown. Niners have been putrid since firing Harbaugh so this would actually make them relevant again. Do it.

This 'new' report has been out there for a few weeks.

Regardless, I have some real questions about where his head is at. He's definitely got some issues to figure out.

A domestic "dispute" isn't necessarily domestic violence either. Could have just been yelling and a neighbor called the cops.

It wasn't domestic violence. The report floating around the Steelers a few weeks ago was that he got mad and threw a bunch of furniture and other household things out a window.

This is not the Furniture situation being discussed here, this is an entirely different situation.

(This is the situation as it is being reported to have allegedly happened. Antonio was not charged with any crime, and is now seeking a full custody arrangement for the child whose mother is in question) The situation being talked about in these tweets is one in which the mother of one of his children was dropping the child off and asked to be re-imbursed for a hair appointment for which she paid for. Antonio would not pay the woman, so she came back to the door and started yelling for Antonio. He would not pay her, so she stood in the doorway so he couldn't close the door. Antonio then allegedly pushed her to the ground with both hands.

It's insane that the Steelers had the insane amount of talent between Le'Veon and Antonio and it's just going to shit because of their attitudes. From all accounts, AB is an incredibly hard worker when it comes to training too, which is just odd that it's such a shit show.

Accountability starts at the top. Look who the head coach is...

The Rooneys only have themselves to blame for. They should have fired Tomlin years ago. But no, the Steelers do not fire coaches.

I agree 100%. Starts all the way at the top and trickles down. Tomlin has no control over his squad. The organization is wayyyy too proud for their own good. It's not "The Steeler way" to fire a coach, so they've toiled in mediocrity for nearly all of Tomlin's tenure here.

Also, your username is so perfect for Antonio (and the Steelers in general the last couple years). lol.

The Leveon Bell situation has nothing to do with Tomlin and everything to do with money. Bell's not perfect, but that's on the GM and Bell's side to get that deal done or move on from him last year. It's not Tomlin's fault they couldn't get it done.

As for Brown, Tomlin can get his part of the blame for enabling Brown to this extent but the overwhelming reason this has happened is that Antonio Brown is an extremely immature person who just happens to be one of the best WRs of this generation. The reality is most WRs don't spend their career on one team because many have similar attributes including that "diva" attitude. Guys like Owens & Moss moved around during their career even though they were two of the best ever. We have been extremely lucky in the NFL to have a string of very classy elite WRs like Calvin, Fitz, and even someone like Andre Johnson. Brown isn't that kind of guy.

There's much more to this, though. I really think Antonio Brown is devolving as a person and these issues are going to keep following him. I don't know what's going to happen next, but there will be a "next" with Brown. He is a mess right now and I have real questions how he handles himself later in his career when he might not be the top guy on a team.

Would laugh if someone trades for him with the plan of Steelers not giving him to SF only for the other team to flip him to the 9ers for a trade profit

Why would the Steelers not want to trade him to the 49ers?

To not give Brown what he wants, as some here mentioned even if it was half joking

Would be funnier if 49ers would Hoffman him back to a Steelers division rival.

Unlike Hoffman the 9ers would want to keep Brown, if attitude would be a problem after his potential arrival in SF then all the franchise would need to do is have Jerry Rice around and that will tune him up
