My cousin is going to culinary school and has became a master salad chef. Methink OP is just not trying the right combos of greens and other things and probably eats the junk salad they make at like a McDonalds or Wendys or Hardees?

I mean come on. Try to expound your experience of the salad and then come up with a thread like this. Won't happen!

Here try this OP - Quinoa - Kale - Bleu Cheese crumbs - red wine vinegar dessing

its good chit man and if you don't like bleu chees use feta crumbs instead then come back at ppl and try to tell them salad is bad food.
