Kiwiville.
I will start.

None of these are any better than any of the rest so I agree, they are all run of the mill, mine included. Great job.

I don't see the Kings drafting Oniel. We couldn't be more loaded at that position and are actively in the market for a top prospect goalie. Taylor has even said as much now by saying they will take the best player available but would be looking to add the best goalie they could in the draft unless they had a shot at an elite talent up the middle.

Swap in Shwarz or better still, Montoya and you have the Kings pretty set.

5. Phoenix -- Rostislav Olesz

I knew this before you posted your new mock draft, you're another Olesz fan, aren't you? :D

Well I won't complain since I like Ladd to Anaheim. ;)

Wild will pick Stafford, Picard most likely.

I figured Lisin's great skating will make him a favorite with the Wild.

I guess I like Olesz. I think his talent would be too much to pass up at the #5, but there are other possibilities, which include Olesz going before my team picks, or someone could have an awesome U-18 and vault past Olesz.

I love it as far as the Oilers are concerned, and if they can't find themselves a top-10 pick, then Schwarz and Valabik are a pretty good way to go.

Good point on Lisin but I think Picard will be the choice for the Wild if he is on the board. I mean I know Lisin is fast and can be a sniper but Picard, from what I've seen could be a top sniper in the league.

From what I've read...

Wolski is not on the Rangers radar. The Rangers will Ladd before Wolski, and more likely take Schremp before either. They have a crying need for a potential # 1 center. If either Ladd or Schremp are on the board, they won't be taking Wolski.

great job phophan!!

i was glad to finally see someone not predict a goalie for carolina since they are pretty stocked with netminders and have needs elsewhere like defense and forwards, but overall you did an above average job with all the teams
