How, if at all, does winning the opening draw and clearing the puck the length of the ice to start, affect the chance the penalty is killed

How, if at all, does winning the opening draw and clearing the puck the length of the ice to start, affect the chance the penalty is killed
Intuitive answer would be that in such case the settling of the attacking team in the zone is delayed by ~15-20 seconds, and so the chances of killing the penalty are improved by about 12-15%.

Statistical answer will only be available from sources that have zone entry stats or puck tracking to even detect this sequence of events.
Rough statistical answer would be based on the delay in the first short attempt of the team in the PP and assume if the first shot attempt comes 25-30 secs into the PP the aforementioned scenario has occurred. Not a clean method at all though.
