One of the situations where it's hard to believe they'll be

A) Willing to retain any sizeable chunk of money on a trade unless its an offer they can't refuse

B) Willing to trade a guy they just signed long-term cost controlled contract, especially since the GM/Coach/NewGM just gave him a glowing review not a week ago.

So I don't think the Preds would be interested. That being said if it was fantasyland, I would take a 2nd and a 4th for Lauzon but I'd want them to be in the 2023 draft if possible or a straight up 1st if I'm retaining and nobody is coming back at all.

I think poile and hynes really like lauzon. I dont forsee him being traded
