All-Time Winning/Losing Streak Stats?

If the Bruins win today, they will have gone an entire season with their longest losing streak being 2 games. I'm just curious to see where that would rank all time. I don't know any sites that track shortest losing streaks in a season, and it isn't exactly the easiest thing to do a Google search for.

Given that no one has ever gone undefeated, the best season possible would be never losing back to back games.

The 76-77 Canadiens went the entire season (80 games) without losing back to back games. Their worst streak was 1 tie, 1 loss which happened twice.

I'm not sure if other teams have equaled that, but at the very least they share the record.
