I was just thinking the other day about all of the Blues rival teams and the players that I hated but were players that you would take on your team any day.

Here are my picks for players on Blues rival teams

W.Clark-Yzerman-Ciccarelli
Roenick-Modano-Secord
Draper-D.Graham-J.Lemieux
Plett-D.Shank-Probert

Lidstrom-D.Wilson
D.Manson-B.Mcgill
B.Wilson-Snepsts

Belfour
Roy

Some of these guys even played for the Blues some but were mostly on rival teams and a couple are out of position but this was off the cuff.

Here's the top line for me, no time at the moment to make a full team.

Frank Mahovlich Bobby Clarke Gordie Howe
Bobby Orr Bill Barilko
Patrick Roy- *confession* everything he did in Colorado made me cringe.

Hab killers, some I hated some were just good.

Dave Keon---great player, played his best aginst the CH
Dale Hunter---good player, dirty filthy bastidge who I reserved a special hate for
Peter Stastny---They'd outplay the Nords and he'd make a great play after being bottled up by Carbo all game.
Eddie Shack--He didn't affect the outcome of games but it seems he was in the middle of a riot every Wednesday night against Mtl.
The entire flyers team from around 87 for quite awhile----Howe,Eklund,Sutter, they just had Mtl's number. Drove me crazy
Hasek---unfair to be that good
Late 80's Bruins, Heinze&Donato. Seems if these guys scored a dozen goals a year, 10 were against the Habs.

Just a few of the many.
