All of the starting positions are done!

We still have 3 roster spots left though. I figure we should do 1 spare forward, 1 spare defensemen, and for the final spot I will mix up the best of the rest into one poll and let the chips fall where they may.

First up, EXTRA FORWARD #1.

Keep in mind, this is based on how the goaltenders performed FOR THE FLYERS during the decade spanning 2010-2011 to 2019-2020.

Carter had 36 goals in his only season with the Flyers in the Decade.

I think thats enough for me. Its more goals than any of the other players on the list scored in all of their games with us this decade.

Edit: Then again, Jagr played an integral role in Giroux taking his game to the next level.

I need some time to think on this.

The answer should be Carter on talent and versatility. My issue is he’s our 2RW/3RW in ability, though I get the time argument. He was far too good to be an extra behind Meat Read. The best decade team should have him at RW. I’d be more keen to put Read as the extra than him.

I went Carter. I think we need to take into account these are extra forwards and them being beauties in the room and on the road counts for something.

In which case I think it has to be Carter and Jagr, I think they would definitely be the most fun to party with.

It's that whole "short term excellence" vs "being a decent player for a long time" debate.

Plus, we included Carter in the C poll and he lost head-to-head with Richards for 4C. I voted Carter there.

With Carter only spanning one Season... and the others being either also too brief, or not much to show for their time... I went with Laughton for playing a relatively larger Role, over a longer Span in the Decade. If Carter was more than one Season, I'd have to go with him... but I just cant vote for him based on only his last Season in O&B. But after seeing some of the Regulars Results... who knows. Basically just not enough Options.

I went Jagr. How can you not have Jagr on any team just for his name alone?
Besides, carter would lazily arrive to the team like his back checking.
