Well, they did finish 5-2 in the last 7. Kunin had 5 pts. Tuch had 5 pts. A good sign.

Kunin played from 3/24 to 4/15. For Tuch: 12 games played. 6 points. 3 g, 3 a.

Tuch's prior 12 games. 12 points, 6g, 6a.

However, just before Kunin arrived and at the start of Kunin's stint they were in a stretch of 10 road games in 11 games. They finished that trip 4-7. Only scoring 3 goals in the last 4 games.

There was a decent amount of changes to the Iowa team besides Kunin around the same time frame. Other players also joined the team on ELCs. It's a small sample size and there had to be some adjustment period for the players, coaches, team chemistry, etc.

I'd like to see Tuch go to whoever JEE trained with last summer. He bulked up nicely and his skating improved.
