There's nothing uglier than an inflated ego, especially one built on the shallowness of one's looks.
Good riddance.
Good riddance.
This is very serious if true. If a reporter for the network that covers the team caused a disruption that made the starting goaltender take a leave of absence, then I have lots of questions...
First would be why was she still employed after that alleged event?
I'm sure it was all her fault.
I heard this as well back when it happened.A former Bruins beat reporter tweeted that she was the reason why Tuukka took his midseason leave of absence. I'd post the tweet here but this person's account is locked. So...yeah.
I always finish that one in my head with 'to punch you in the face? GREAT!!!' LOLI’m a big fan of her...
“How does it feel to?” Questions.
Oh, someone needs an ass whoopin. They all read this site.
Unfortunately they take it out on Fenway.
I'm sure it was all her fault.
surprised that so many of us back Fenway in this and are angry with what she attempted to do to him? Do you even know us?!Surprised at so much negativity here. Unless it's someone like Jamie who just jumps off the screen, all of these rinkside reporters are just kind of there IMO. We only see them what 2-3 times a game?
Well you don't fire your starting goaltender no matter who was "at fault". That doesn't matter

Lemme at her. I can still knock a ***** out with my right arm lol
So two adults involved in whatever, one gets a leave of absence for a couple days and the other gets terminated immediately?
Rasks absence was in October or November? So not immediate and she didn’t get fired just didn’t renew contract. So two adults involved in whatever, one gets a leave of absence for a couple days and the other gets terminated immediately?

If she's a disruption to the team, absolutely. When it comes to pro athletes and so-called reporters like her getting involved it goes well beyond two consenting adults. They both have professional responsibilities beyond their hormonal urges.
As many have posted here, there was a lot going on with her. She isn't miss lil innocent
Might take 2 to tango but if you're in breach of contract and did so knowing full well what the consequences could be, you deserve to be fired
Lets be real here, if thw tweet is true, nothing happened to her in the situation. He was the one who was put on a "leave of absence"
They don't have to give a reason as MA is an at will state and you can be let go for pretty much anything. She wasn't getting her contract renewed so that's something. Maybe it did or didn't have to do with it. If there was a clause and she violated it then yes she deserved to lose her job but then they would have had to say what happened.
It might have been last season, but there was a postgame I think where Jack seemed to get pissed at Alex for something, I can’t remember the details. First time I thought he got that annoyed on air.

It was something like that. He basically brushed her aside and did it himself, it was pretty funny. That was 2018, during Superbowl week. She wanted to wear an Eagles hat during her between period interviews. Jack was visibly angry at her, and the next game Jack did the interviews, probably because Alex got spanked.
Gotcha. I don't like her for the simple fact she sucks(ed)at her job. Then I got angry with her for her actions that have clearly affected the team and staff, including our Fenway.I think he meant about her performance and her looks maybe. The job in itself is useless, but the vitriol her about her looks and name calling is something straight out of high school...I'm guessing most of this board was bullied or something and it feels therapeutic.
The way she treated people, now that's a huge problem and disgusting on her part. Nobody should be bullied in the work place.
