Olli was at 1.3 pt/g at 19 years old. Mikael Granlund was 1.133. Saku Koivu at 1.128. Tuomo Ruutu was at 0.9 and Teravainen was at 0.898.

Now, I'm unaware if the scoring in the league is increasing or is fairly stable since the mid 90's, or how Hepo's teammates compare to the other players I listed, but it gives an idea imo.

Thanks buddy !

As I've said... Apples to oranges ! :)

Heponiemi with his golden helmet (Leads his team in points). Got another assist so far today. That means he has 15 points in 16 games.

To add to what i said he's also 1 year older than Pettersson was and plays on a worse league than SHL and on the best team in Liiga.
Pettersson’s team was also the best team in the league. What’s your point? Can’t be good if you play on a good team? Heponiemi is also much more undersized than Pettersson and plays in a much more physical league. SHL is not even that much better than Liiga. They both have their benefits and flaws

Interested. Is he one of those guys a.k.a Mascherin that can walk away from a contract from us? IE re-enter the draft?
