Our season basically comes down to David Price. Can't wait.

We are down a run, and I need to keep them off the board...so I think I will groove one right down the middle.

Could you imagine if we had RP’s who could pitch a perfect inning...let alone against their best hitters??

Again, the bottom of their order creates runs while ours is incompetent. Probably will be the story of the series.

Bullpen now at 39 strikes on 85 pitches.

    9 walks and 3 HBP...interesting strategy.

Are there really people left defending those 4 HR borefests? This game wasn't super spectacular and could have ended after around 2:45, but for some reason people standing on the mound taking 1 minute to pitch is good entertainment for some "purist" fans.
Baseball could be so much better if it was more dynamic. Instead it markets itself as a grandfathers game.

Bullpen is fine dombrowski. Don’t worry about it.

Painfully obvious that Boston is gonna need their starters to go 6+ strong.

Astros showing who is the better team. It's not really that much of a contest. But DDo not going out getting help for the BP at the DL was downright criminal and a fireable offense.

bullpen is disappointing (as expected) but offense really needs to produce more than 2 hits

I was going to post about Workman seemingly giving up a HR Everytime he's in the game lately, and I decided not to.

Lo and behold the faces 5 guys and gives up 2 bombs.

Good job Brandon, thanks for showing up, you suck.

Great job saving your closer for a save situation that will never be possible.

So ****ing tired of this line of thinking. It's wrong.

The 9th inning down 1 is where you use Kimbrel to keep it manageable.

Thank you was coming to post this. There is no chance there would be a safe situation in this game. So why are you not bringing your best guy in

Yes, even though Kimbrel tends to suck in non-save situations.

You could think about doing otherwise if we had any other competent relievers.

This BP is otherworldly bad for a 108 win team.
