I thought it was a good period for Brook he was moving the puck well. But need to see more from Poehling as him and Fleury have disappointed when you consider they were in the NHL and then come down and struggle.

Had his moments. But it wasn't anything dominating.

The best players tonight were Dauphin and Veilleux. Leskinen had a good game, too. Brook was good also. Primeau made some important saves to make sure Laval had a chance.

he was ok, fell down a couple times but had a nice pass that almost set up Alzner.

but his skating needs a good bit of work imo.

I liked that Laval showed a lot of hustle in the last five minutes.

They had a very good game tonight. They just couldn't capitalize on a few golden opportunities. Credit to DiPietro because he was forced to make a lot of big saves for his team.

One thing I do appreciate from both Laval and Montreal is that they don't have any quit in their game.
