Laval successfully killed off a 4-minute penalty to Adams-Moisan. As soon as he's out of the box, they get a scoring chance, but Verbeek ran into the goalie. So he heads to the box and Laval back on the PK.

It hasn't happened often, but Laval laid an egg tonight against the worst team in the Eastern Conference. To make it worse, Bellevile was down 1-0 against Syracuse, but they ended up winning it in a Shootout. So instead of Laval winning and Belleville losing to bring the Rocket within 4 points, it was the opposite. And now, Laval is 8 points out of a playoff spot.

The lone Laval foal was by Audette (his 14th of the season) assisted by Belzile and Evans, who now has 30 assists. Audette's goal is his career high, as he surpassed his 13 from last season.
