This was in relation to the Ethan Crossman trade with Quebec.
Crossman was originally lent to the Titan as a try-out, when he made the team Quebec traded him and Drolet to the Titan for a 6th and 7th round pick. The 7th became a 4th if Crossman played the whole year with the Titan, which he did.
