"If Viel continues to play the way he has in his two seasons as a Titan, inspiration won't be an issue."
"A Captain puts the team ahead of himself. That's why Viel is the best choice going forward."
"Now it's up to the rest of club to match that intensity and put Acadie-Bathurst back on the hockey map and in contention for the President's Cup once again."

This what the new ownership is looking for this season or/and next.....

Viel is a great choice of Captain of the team. I was really impressed with him when the Titan faced SJ in the first round this spring.

Well this is it!

The Titan have now moved to the Q final in spite of a lot of skepticism through the Q.

They have just as much depth as any other team eyeing the Mem Cup.

Fitzpatrick has been great in goals.
The defense is the best in the Q.
The forward depth is 3 lines deep and a solid 4th line.

I don't see one of Armada or Islanders beating them in the final.

The Titan are in the run for the final next Sunday following two solid wins.
The game tonight between SC and Hamilton will determine if they go straight to the final notwithstanding tomorrow's game.

I can see Noah Dobson climbing to top-3 at the NHL draft following his performance so far.

Tonights game is between Swift Current and Regina. Dobson is a top 10 pick for sure. Top 3 ? No chance. Hughes, Bouchard, Sandin are all better D imo.

What can I say?
Dobson got the best record of the last 20 years for a 17YO D at the Mem Cup.
He plays over 27 minutes per game, facing the best opponents and still is +3 with 7 points in 3 games.
I fail to see any of the 3 listed above having showed such a record.
Preposterous statement on you part and most scouts see him way higher than you propose.

Thought as a Hamilton Bulldogs fan I'd swing by and offer my congrats to the Titan for their memorial cup win. Wish we could have been there in the final round, but it just didn't work out that way. Live it up boys.
