    why would we vote on the first two rounds and then simulate the finals?

    The Whalers have a potent powerplay and a playoff goaltending edge.
    The Shieks have a higher potential offense (two question marks at left wing) and better penalty killers.

    Another close series that could go either way.

    Sorry, I wasn't on this weekend and forgot to administer the voting process (although probably would have been slow anyway). I'll get that going tonight, hopefully with the results tomorrow.

    Thanks, gotta say I'm surprised considering the regular season rankings. Still, it's awesome to win something. :D

    not surprised at all. the teams were all very close, for reasons I've described a few times in the past. Good job Hartford. I wish we made a a series out of it, though. I was too obsessed with the next level of players. Didn't even know we were getting to voting time.
