A skate stepped on my ak27 blade

Hey guys, tonight I have hockey try-outs so this is just terrible timing. Yesterday at my rep camp some guy planted his skate on my ak27 blade. The crack is pretty small. Basically the crack is 3/4 of the way down my blade(near the toe) it is a vertical line that is probably half the length of the blade. It isn't very deep at all, and it doesn't touch the top of my blade or the bottom it basically sits in the middle of the blade. How will this affect the blades performance? Do I need to buy a new blade?

I would say its a surface scratch, not even close to being visible on the other side and definitely not deep.

Shouldn't be a problem at all, I get small skate scratches like that on my stick blades all the time, only the real deep gouges ever seem to cause any issues.

Meh, that's nothing. Won't affect anything. Soon as you tape your blade you won't know any different.

I get those kind of scratches all the time, other than visual it's nothing.

Trust me, I've got sticks way more beat up and scratched, still work just fine.
