Might be Ned's crease.

SHOULD be Ned's crease to start the playoffs. Here are the numbers for the last two rookie goalies who were instrumental in winning the cup:
Binnington (18-19)-- 30 starts, 24-5-1, .927/1.89, .667 Quality Starts
Murray (15-16)-- 13 starts, 9-2-1, .930/2.00, .769 Quality Starts

Ned so far: 21 starts, 14-4-3, .934/1.89, .667 Quality Starts

I understand that the Blues were out of the playoffs when Binnington turned the entire season around and that Murray got a shot due to MAF being hurt, but the causes should matter much less than the outcome.

I personally don't care about what those goalies did and it means literally nothing in relation to Ned in my mind. But Ned has been good enough and Petr hasn't been available enough for me to be certain about starting with Petr. I hope he gets some games before the season is over because we'll likely need 2 goalies minimum at some point in the playoffs and Petr has been great when healthy too.

With one game left he'll finish with a game staring percentage of either a 41% or 43% (42.8). From a Calder stand point how often are rookie goaltenders starting the majority of their teams games?

EDIT: Why not answer your own question poobags? I'm not going past Barrasso though.
Calder Winning Goalies:
83-84: Tom Barrasso: 41/80 games started: 51.25%
90-91: Ed Belfour: 70/80 games started: 87.50%
93-94: Martin Brodeur 47/84 games stared: 55.95%
00-01: Evgeni Nabakov 65/82 games started: 79.26%
03-04: Andrew Raycroft 57/82 games started: 69.51%
08-09: Steve Mason 54/82 games started: 67.07%

So he'd be a record low. Perhaps comparing quality starts or some fancy stat would be better.
