Just my luck! I have to face arguably the best rotation in this ATD (At least 1-2-3).

I feel the heart of the Royals order is more intimidating, along with a much deeper and more proven bench, a better bullpen and a slightly better infield defence. Cy pitched the play-in game so if the Giants go with a three man rotation, I might get him tired.

I will platoon Porter and Freehan at catcher.

Good luck to the Giants!

Problem for Giants is that he used Cy Young in play-in game so probably wont see him til game 3.

I don't know if everyone will assume the rotation from the OP but IMO we really shouldn't see Young til game 3 at the earliest. JMO.

Plus let's not forget that the first 6 games of this series are double-headers over 3 days. This should work to the Royals advantage. :sarcasm:

San Francisco nearly goes from play-in game to Round 3 but falls just short in a thrilling Game 7 by the score of 5-4. Montreal moves on behind a game saving defensive play by Ken Boyer in the 8th.

Excellent work fellows!
