Bruins win 5-4 in OT but Habs get 2 out of the 3 stars...

Never change Bell Center with your irrelevant biaised losers.

I don't know if it's just the lighting in that building back then, the now ultra HD cameras, or what, but don't our white jerseys look a little brighter white in the 2011 game than they do nowadays? Or maybe I'm just losing it (or they switched laundry detergent brands).

Man, I forgot all about that powerplay the Habs drew with 2 minutes to play. I was nearly shitting bricks watching it and I knew the outcome.

Also, someone remind me, what happened to Kelly to put him in the cage in the first place? Was it a puck to the face at the end of the regular season?

For other out of market fans without NESN:

Ference in slow-mo at 19:37.

In hindsight:
I haven't felt anywhere near the amount of dislike for a Bruins opponent since 2011 (Montreal & Vancouver). No, not even the Blues; not even close.

That being said, this Habs team gave the B's all they could handle and then some.

The OT goal probably gets called back today, especially in Montreal.

Plekanec skating right into Seidenberg with 2:16 left to draw an interference penalty was laughable, but predictable.

Kelly was injured at 11:21 of the first period of Game 3. As he drove to the net on an odd-man rush, Montreal’s Scott Gomez shoved him from behind. Kelly tumbled headfirst into the net and struck his face on a goal post. Kelly was down for several minutes but remained in the game (he scored an empty-net goal to seal the 4-2 victory). Gomez was called for interference.

Kelly checked out for facial injury
