Not likely Comcast would leave WFC for this project, but it is interesting Sixers would be interested to have Flyers join them

The land where WFC sits could easily become an area like The Battery ATL/Patriot Place with Xfinity Live/Fusion Arena as anchor's.

Can't see the Flyers being a tenant. Comcast would want full control.

Which isn’t likely, so I’m guessing Sixers would go for a 50-50 or 60-40 split if they really wanted to the Flyers to join them or HSBE would just buy the Flyers would Comcast (after selling the Devils/Pru Center of course) are the only scenarios that would happen.

I don't see how a 50/50 spilt helps Comcast. Comcast would need to maximize revenue streams. Can't do that when you have a landlord.
