(I don't mind Girardi in that situation, tbh. Boyle would be 100x worse and Klein isn't THAT much better in the defensive zone. Girardi is mainly just terrible in the offensive zone, and bad at passing. You don't really need to pass there.)

Meh. They played a brutal defensive stretch in game nos. 61-70 in 2014 and then danced into the Cup Final with a little hiccup against the Pens. They won a game against Ottawa 8-4 that was among the ugliest crap I've ever watched and then it was off to the races.

Why they didn't try against the Sharks? I dunno. Not worried. Go get 'em. Probably win 4-2 tonight or something.
