Honestly I would still take the McDavid group, Gaudreau is quite clearly better than Hall, same with McDavid over Crosby even though he hasn't had the chance to really prove it in the playoffs and we know how great Karlsson and Pastrnak have been. Put all those players with McDavid and goals would be scored at will regardless of the opposition.

Pasta is the weakest link, also including Josi, it’s too big of a gap for McDavid to make up by himself

Switch out Pasta for say Patty Kane and this becomes a lot closer. Josi and Pastrnak are the two weakest links.

That's gonna be easy 4-0 win for squad #1.

To make it fair squad #2 need wingers like Ovechkin and Kane and a better D-man than Josi.

Kucherov is a perennial choker plus he was born in Maypok. And legend says that the local Tatar population cursed every ethnic Russian that was ever born there. I’m going team 2 the one without the cursed easterling
