Columbus has points in 13 straight home games in this series including six OT or SO wins. Twelve of those 13 are wins. Hence the House of Pain.

How long has it been since the Flyers won in regulation at Columbus? Robert Esche got the win.

Lets put an end to there 13 st home games.

Let's get 13 coffins for the jackets. they need to Rest In Piece

Fun fact, Robert Esche’s cousin was one of my middle school teachers.

I’ve never been able to talk about the world juniors, or hockey, with any other teacher or professor since lol.

I’ll never forget coming back from Christmas break:

“Hey Mr. Esche, you follow the World Juniors at all?”
“You know about the World Juniors?”

I know sometimes it might not feel like it... but hockey has come really far in this country.

Wasn't sure if this was posted yet...

Love how Patrick responds after that Johnson knee-on-knee.

Also, any idea of where those nicknames for Couturier and Lindblom come from?

Gerald is Couturier's middle name.

I am not sure about the association with Piano Man and Lindblom but let's agree for now it has something to do with Billy Joel.

Are these lines real? I just looked at PLD's past couple of games and his icetime checks out with 3rd line usage...

Kinda hilarious that the BJs might have managed to make themselves worse after the trades by demoting their best C from the top line.

Switch the second and third lines per Daily Faceoff. Coming off a loss tonight, there may be some changes to what is listed.

Their top 5 is very scary. Provy and Sanheim are going to have to have a very good game. And we are going to have to score more than them. What a game!

I know I was saying this last year, but watching the Flyers in 2019 really makes me think they will comfortably be a playoff team next year. In any case, knocking the Jackets out of the playoffs this year could really set their franchise back long term.
