This is either going to get real ugly, real fast...

or we get dominated but somehow squeak away with a 1 goal win.

There is no in between.

So glad I have a personal conflict tonight and will miss this one...........

And if they surprise everyone and play well (notice I did not say "win"), I can check it out via the archive.

I cannot bear to watch this live. I will tape it and sneak an occasional peek. Maybe I have developed ROR virus. This from a guy who cried when Tony Leswick's shot hit Doug Harvey's glove to go in for Detroit cup winner. Who watched replays of Jr. B games back in the day. Whose mum took him to see Milt Schmidt, Rocket Richard, Gordie Howe. Who spent hours as a kid on the frozen part of the low lying field on our farm--and never really got better. Who remembers CBS ? with their Saturday afternoon game "brought to you by Black Label" as the colour guy gushed about the "Golden Golden" aka Bobby Hull. Botts you better find the cure for this!

Sigh. Does Tampa need to win every game now.
Safe bet they score at least one in the first 5 minutes
