Stars have been good at home and have a 6 game homestead. Anyone expecting them to lose out or something here was just banking on false hope. Was never going to happen. They're going close to the playoffs after the homestand only to **** it up once they hit the road.

The only problem I had with benching Honka is the veterans will do the same thing and they don't get benched. Eakin gets more time after stupid plays.

There will be a million chances to tell him not to do that, and he knows it was a mistake. Benching him a shift or two is ok, but I'd have been mad if it had extended into the 3rd.
