Desmith starting tonight. How do we feel about this?
Why? I can see ketchup on pancakes, which would be odd. Strangely enough thats your handle.Ketchup on a hot dog is just shameful.
nonsense. Ketchup is the default hot dog condiment because it's delicious. At least, delicious for a hot dog without legit toppings beyond what I'd call a condiment. Chili and cheese and whatnot are clearly a different tier. Ketchup, mustard, relish, bbq, those are condiments. If it takes any prep beyond opening a bottle it's a topping, not a condiment.Ketchup on a hot dog is just shameful.
Ketchup > Mustard on either. All I have to say is this: ketchup on hamburgers and mustard on hotdogs.
Edit: too late. @Ogrezilla is already spreading nonsense.
Have you ever spread cheese whiz on the bread first?I boil my hot dogs and use a slice of bread with ketchup.

Hey, know what I figured out... honey is good with fries. Like, really f'in good. Every time I go to BK or McD's (which is two or three times a year... I never eat there) I get honey for my fries. It's like candy.
Mustard is okay, but worse than Ketchup imo. I hate relish. And obviously chili cheese is better than ketchup. But as I said above, those are toppings, not condiments. You can't just keep a bottle of chili and cheese in the fridge all the time. Definitely better, but it takes actual prep compared to ketchup, mustard, relish, etc. It's acceptable in a pinch I guess but mustard, relish, chili cheese...those all go so much better.

let me rephrase: it takes a concerted effort to keep good-to-eat chili and cheese in the fridge at all times Nothing but respect for anyone who does it.Don’t tell me how to live my life.
look at mr fancy pants and his fancy hot dogs and his superior cooking methodsI like the more expensive hotdogs with the casing. Also if you boil your hotdogs you are a monster.

Sriracha just doesn't do it for me. I don't know why, it seems like a flavor I'd like but I just don't.Sriracha is pretty good on hotdogs
oh yeah hot dogs aren't very good I said earlier I haven't actually bought or made hot dogs for myself in years. And when I did I bought all beef at least. But I grew up on boiled cheap hot dogs with bread (not a bun) and ketchup.
The really cheaps ones are like mushy bologna tubes.
Hotdogs should be moist and juicy and not crusty at all. I’ll stick with being a monsterI like the more expensive hotdogs with the casing. Also if you boil your hotdogs you are a monster.
Yep, somewhere in this discussion I said I enjoy vinegar on fries. Something about can't use ketchup and vinegar on fries and vinegar is better anyway. It's acceptable in a pinch I guess but mustard, relish, chili cheese...those all go so much better.
Honestly though people can eat whatever. We can't change what tastes good to us.
Honey is solid.
You know what is really good with fries? Vinegar. White or Malt vinegar. I prefer Malt, but white is good too.
If you've never tried it, give it a shot some time. It's the best way to do fries imo.
