In clarification of his statement that it would be worse to have your playoff hopes hinged on a last game and lose it.

I am pretty sure that a team has never. Had 2 of the top 5 and actually missed the playoffs. Speaks to how bad the back end was.

Actually we did it few years back but first and second in scoring is new.

This is the second time in history that the #1 and 2 scorers came from a team that missed the playoffs. Only time before now was Chicago in 1949.

Besides the disappointing season, it was fun hanging out with all of you! I'll be trolling around the boards this summer, gonna need some entertainment to get through the long summer
