Hopefully Russell plays...him and Gravel are the best options for a 2nd pairing.

Yam fries sticks get left at the airport or what? Or not enough time with it being an afternoon game and stuff?

No worries, I'll bet some vCash on the Sharks winning, will break our losing streak for sure, haha.

GO OILERS!

Probably jinxing it, but it seems whenever the Oilers are on a lengthy losing skid, San Jose is the team to play to get back on track.
During the eakins era, the Oilers won just 1 out of 19 games in November/December, and that one was against the Sharks to snap a 10-game losing streak
McLellan got fired after the Vegas loss, making it 4 straight road losses and 1-6 in his last 7 games as coach. They play in San Jose for Hitch's first game and snag the W in OT.
4 straight L's ends today

No depth on this team whatsoever. Look at this team on paper right now. If no Russell look at the 2nd and 3rd pairing defenceman. Take a glance at that wing depth.

Didn't realize it was an afternoon game... well now it goes from 10% chance of victory to probably 2%.

Crazy thing is, the Oilers afternoon game record is 2-0-1 so far this season and were less than 30 seconds away from being a perfect 3-0-0. I'm excluding the season opener because it was an evening game for the players but morning/afternoon game for us in NA.

The Sharks are the ones who are having a rough go in afternoon games this season and are 0-4-0, scoring only six goals and giving up sixteen.

Someone's four game losing streak is going to end today, be it the Oilers or the Sharks afternoon game losing streak.

Are peoples memories this short really? No depth? Do you remember what Chai started with from Mact?

What Chia did from 2015 when he took over till 2016 start of the season was actually incredible.

If you need a reminder heres what Chia took over with. It was a cap team when he got here that was finishing last in the league.
