Yes, it is part of the CBA which restricts players from having to travel on the 24th, 25th and/or 26th for any team or league sponsored event.

I'd like to see what Hart can do against one of the best teams in the league. It will be a good game for him to learn about what he will expect to face in the future come playoff time. Neuvy I want to take it easy with him because he is a good goalie when healthy, but he has to stay healthy.

Personally if Couts can stop Point and Patrick stops Cirelli and our goalie can match Big V save for save and 47 doesn’t do something stupid and if Provorov plays like last year, then we have a chance.
