I heard they have to travel the day of the game due to the Xmas break. I’d maybe put nuevy in here bc it’s ok to get blown out to them. Losing to them 4-2 is a really really good job.

Yes, it is part of the CBA which restricts players from having to travel on the 24th, 25th and/or 26th for any team or league sponsored event.

Any chance they shake up the D? Bench 47 and call up Myers. Switch Ghost back too.

Provy/Ghost
Sanheim/Gudas
Hagg/Myers

Yeah, this could get ugly..like Malkin's puke-inducing face ugly.

Edited..had Provy and Ghost flipped by brain-fart.

I’m ok with them getting beat this game obviously Tampa is a juggernaut right now, I’m taking solace in the fact that the Leafs can’t beat Tampa or Boston in the playoffs, which makes me happy

I'd like to see what Hart can do against one of the best teams in the league. It will be a good game for him to learn about what he will expect to face in the future come playoff time. Neuvy I want to take it easy with him because he is a good goalie when healthy, but he has to stay healthy.

I love Martel. But if he is your 4th line RW, wow. Both Varone and Laughton and Sanheim and Ghost know Danny’s moves and shots. Personally if Couts can stop Point and Patrick stops Cirelli and our goalie can match Big V save for save and 47 doesn’t do something stupid and if Provorov plays like last year, then we have a chance.

I think the game will test their will to win. Definitively Nietzchean Will to Power!

Honestly would just throw Neuvirth out there again. Partially based on last game & the possibilities of this one getting ugly for the Flyers.
Agreed. I would go:

December 27at Tampa Bay7:30 pmNeuvirth
December 29at Florida7:00 pmHart
December 31at Carolina6:00 pmHart
January 1at Nashville8:30 pmNeuvirth if still healthy
