And speak of those games I saw that Team Sweden's coach Grönborg as well as Team Sweden consultant and former NHL-player Nicklas Lidström will be in Tampa for those two games to look at Hedman and Strålman as well as the Swedes on the other two teams ahead of the World Cup.

I know, I was going to do a 6 game pre-game thread but everyone kept saying that we should do one for all 31 games so I did. Feels as if we should burn this with fire.

Looks like the flu is really going around, now Vladdy is missed practice with it and we'll see if he's playing tomorrow.

At the beginning of the month I thought 4 losses would allow us to continue our pace and still be acceptable given the schedule we have. 3 of the losses from the 6 back-to-back games, and then one other loss.

It hurts that we lost both games @Ottawa and @Montreal, but winning @Pitt and @Carolina really helped out. We currently have our 4 losses already used up with 3 games to go. I think only 1 more loss would be acceptable. Losing 2 or more of these final 3 games could really hurt us.
