I think it is safe to assume nobody will match or surpass Gretzky's record of 2,857 points. What's remarkable is that Gretzky scored over 1,000 points more than Gordie Howe did, and he did so playing in 280‬ less games than Howe.

He truly is The Great One.

That moment in time represents the low-point of the decade for the Oilers.

If you'd told us Oiler fans that month that Edmonton would go on to win the 1990 Cup, nobody would believe you.

This game also marked the last moment of L.A. Wayne's success over Edmonton.
