I can just set my DVR to record the game on NESN Plus, then?

My guide for NESN Plus currently shows:
6:30pm = Bruins Face-off Live
7:00pm = Extra Innings Live
7:30pm = NHL Hockey (which, if accurate, would be JIP)

Do I need to record both NESN and NESN Plus to ensure I get the full game recorded?

Yeah it is. Playoff games will be on NESN+ while the Red Sox are playing Game 10/162 against the Padres or some shit

it's mostly for redsox bc Im in Montreal and this is the best way to get them, but I'll probably tune into NY as well to see how Stanton and Judge look on the same team
