Although I voted for Yzerman as the second best, Sawchuk should be the second best in terms of talent (a little bias because he's from Winnipeg), but you can't compare Yzerman's dedication to the Red Wings organization.

Lindsey, Abel and Kelly over Yzerman? Come on man. Sawchuk was a great player, but as a Wing, Yzerman hammers him.

Steve Yzerman has meant more to this franchise than perhaps EVEn Gordie Howe, plus he's one of the top 10 players of all-time, so......

Sawchuk is third, maybe Kelly 4th, and Lindsey 5th. In about 5 more years, though, Nik Lidstrom is going to be on this list ahead of Terrible Ted (if he keeps playing the best defense in the NHL for a few more seasons, that is).
