The fact we’re 12-10 despite the top 3 having a .712, .628 and .641 ops is probably a good sign. We need those 3 to step up. Sometimes I feel we could get more out of Orelvis Martinez, Horwitz and Barger. I'm not saying we should drop the top 3 obviously, but my goodness, they are frustrating to watch right now.

I feel confident that Bo will hit and provide more offence.

That was fun. Singer had his number the first two AB and got him chasing. Then Varsho managed to lay off the low slider in Round 3, forced him into the zone, and made him pay. Nice adjustment!

Also, I love Statcast, but there are some things I just don't get. Varsho's HR shows that it would have been out in 30/30 parks, and it has an xBA of... .830. How?
