Nurmi's going to have a better pro hockey career (euro league at worst, NHL at best) than at least a dozen guys on this list ahead of him.,. Book it

I like Nurmi. But I can't book anything in his case. Ultimately the only thing that matters is his NHL potential, and he has a lot of hurddles to get over before we can see if he can be a future NHLer.

He'll already turn 22 three months into the next season. He's a prospect on the older side, and so it's normal that he looks better than younger prospects at this stage.

Sure. But let's not forget that most of the players on the list will never be NHL regulars. My point is simply that I think Nurmi is more likely to have a solid professional career than many on the list ahead of him. That he's a bit older than some/most is largely irrelevant to that take.

Interesting how Sam Harris was a 5th round pick this past june, but we have him ranked below all 3 players selected after him.
Remember Jack Smith? I don’t remember anyone thinking otherwise than “WTF?!?” I think it’s the same category
