It's time for our annual Ducks prospect rankings. Each poll will run for 48 hours except in the case of a clear landslide. I will go to the top 25 and include a final poll where you can pick 5 honorable mentions. Please tell me who you want me to add in the replies. In the twenty-fourth poll I am voting for Coulson Pitre.

As always the list will define prospects as hockeysfuture does: NHL Prospect Criteria - Hockey's Future.

Hard to debate this far down. I'd have Pitre here and Kukkonen afterwards. I'd probably take Colangelo after those two though so not too shocked to see him at 24 (based on early results of this poll)

Went with Kukkonen. 5th best (tied with two others) goal scoring freshman in the NCAA with 18 goals. The most goals scored this past season in the NCAA is 30 goals. To add some more perspective, the highest goal scoring output for Colangelo in his three NCAA seasons so far has been 12 goals.

This should not be Colangelo, Pitre and Colangelo are similar players but Colangelo has struggled all but one year, Pitre has tons of runway and room for growth, where Colangelo has had very turbulent development. And his skating is still a massive issue. Colangelo is a potential riser for me next year because WMU has seemed to developed a niche for producing power forwards, but until we see that I’m taking the guy with a solid runway. Would you trade Colangelo for a 65th overall pick (which is what Pitre was)? It would probably be the smart move
