Media notes are okay if you know where to find it on the OHL website. Unfortunately, there are a lot of posters who just want to quickly glance at the trades without searching for it.

Unfortunately the OHL has never really made this information easy to find and with fans/posters wanting this information all under one click without having to search for it. Yes there's a lot of posters who likely do know where to look for it but for those who want a quick glance this thread was created.

Well it isn't actually that hard to find - and sure saves you a lot of time from having to a) copy and paste whats there and b) answer everyone's questions about "didn't Oshawa make a trade" ? or "have there been no trades today". Media Notes – Ontario Hockey League

Oshawa had only made a trade back on April 17th, as for any other trades nothing has been officially announced yet by any team around the league. That doesn't mean that trades aren't going to happen today just nothing cleared by the league office yet on any teams.

The pick database here has Guelph with 3 2023 2nd rounders... I'm really surprised they haven't traded one or two of those for added picks in later drafts.

While I do agree this is mostly just a duplication of trades listed on the OHL website, the one benefit to this is that the OHL just wipes out old information. If you want to look up a 2019 trade to figure out why your team's 4th round pick belongs to a different team, better hope it's saved in the internet archive.
