Hendrick Motorsports/NASCAR Indefinitely suspend Spotter of the #9 Championship team, Eddie D'Hondt, who is facing legal issues set in June in Hickory, NC.

HMS was informed of the charges this AM; D'Hondt also is suspended from the organization;

NASCAR rulebook states any member facing legal issues must inform NASCAR by the next scheduled event or within 72 hours of the incident, unfortunately, two races elapsed between the incident being made public

only change for Road Courses after COTA: Starting at Mid Ohio; XFINITY Teams were instructed to add 2 rear blinking lights in both left and right side of the cars; it is expected that Cup will be required to run same lights for Road America in July

weird but true department:

Chris Hacker released by Cram Racing Enterprises before ever running for the team due to twitter overlord and without team permission via sponsorship and battle with Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis
