3rd round is reversed (31st OA drafts at the start of R2, 3, 5, 7 while 1st OA drafts at the start of R1, 4, 6 etc)
2 hour clock, note: We'll stick with a 2 hour clock for the entire game, rather than reducing it after the first 2 rounds.
Clock runs from 9am to 12am EST every day
