Yes I know we are a year away but im super excited that we may get a high end D-men. Brandt Clarke is my number 1 want. discussions folks share your thoughts. Im also assuming that #3 and #5 picks don't make the team next year hence my interest.

I believe, he could be projected to be the 1st OA pick in the 2021 draft. So yea, really good.

Kent Johnson looks to be a good pick. He destroyed the BCHL this season.

I expect we will draft In top 10 again. Would be nice if we could convert a non-core roster player and a couple of 2nds into another 1st in 2021. Quality over Quantity will be a need soon.

I completely expect us to be in the -miss the playoffs but not in the bottom five- range the next 2 years or so. We better get lucky with the lottery at some point.

Compared to other 1st overalls he is on the bottom of the list. Ottawa should look to add a D with their high pick

He is. I'd have Lafreniere ahead but he's right in the mix with Stutzle and Byfield. Its close.

I think you might be overrating Raty or underrating Byfield/Stützle. At this moment, I don't see Raty at the level of the other two players.

I really enjoyed his play at the U20. That has been my only exposure to him thus far live. I was impressed.

We'll see. Right now I'm focused on the bumper crop of this year's class. Things change a lot and my opinion likely will as well

I expect a bottom 5 pick in the 2021 draft. The team is weak at the top end and the 3 first round picks won’t have a significant impact for 2 or 3 years.
