Like the NHL, the NBA made it to the finish line. From late July onwards, no positive tests.
what the f*** are you taking about
You think if any other team was ran like the Lakers pre-Lebron they win anything?
Jeanie Buss looks amazing, even for a woman who is 59.
Trash ass family.
I feel so happy for Rob Pelinka, Magic Johnson, and Jeanie Buss. If anyone deserves it, its them.
Too many people disrespect LeBron. He is GOAt.
LeBron James: "I want my damn respect too".
LeBron 29/11/8 and 59% shooting. Wow.
Please no more bubble YMCA basketball next year. Tied Boston though and that's all that matters. LakerShow baby.
This was a pretty compelling final
so much salt over Lakers winning from people who are very jealous
"they colluded to win title"
NO COLLUSION NO COLLUSION
Let's give some credit to the NBA for this- like the NHL, once the restart took place in late July, they made it to the finish line with 0 positive tests.
get over it
I started following the Lakers around 8 years ago. This is the first time I've witnessed them winning a title after years of mediocrity and a revolving door of lottery picks and journey men. Feels incredible. And I felt this team was underrated all year. Always believed!
Can't tell me I am wrong.
I found the Lakers reprehensible in 2004 but in 2010 I began to understand the error of my ways especially when they were the beloved franchise against the evil Celtics who colluded to win a title. After that the Lakers won another title but Kobe was getting old. From 2012 on the Lakers really started to struggle, I remember them as the #8 seed and they got swept by somebody. Then they missed the playoffs for 6 years, it was just miserable for us Lakers fans. But they are back on top!
Not if he would have signed back with the raps.
The Raptors with Leonard would have been a real contender.
I am not sure if they would have beaten the Lakers though.
Signing with the Lakers would have guaranteed him a championship.
aside from winning it for kobe, the best part is that they've tied boston for the most titles in NBA history
imagine if you had told someone that back in the 60s or 70s
I couldn’t be any happier for a hated rival to win it all. It was all for Kobe.
