I have no idea how they're going to pull this off but this is the same guy who was asked about all of the obstacles in their way to improving the team and responded with, "there are no obstacles." He then acquired Jimmy Butler a few weeks later while having no cap space and very few assets to trade.
One thing that could make a trade with OKC easier to pull off is that they have the two future 1sts Miami already traded. So while Miami can't trade anymore 1sts, they can lessen or remove protections on those picks and that could be enticing to OKC. They obviously can't do that with any other team.
