I agree with you. 1st or 9th will be ideal.

Although at 16, I believe really good players will still be available there.

Very true. Although I've accepted him to be 20-30 player and I can live with that. I still think given the right circumstances he might out up bigger seasons.

We have the advantage in net..

Our 2nd and 3rd defensive pairs are better.

We clearly lose the battles lines 1&2 by virtue of Crosby-Guentzel, and Zucker-Malkin being anything we can sport on those lines.

Line 3 can be a toss-up if Domi goes there or KK is coming to his potential..

Yeah, the only way to win is Price standing on his head and both Pens goalies shitting their pants.

I just don't see a clear distinct advantage anywhere besides Price (which can be lost if Murray/Jarry are on form), and the 3rd defense pair because Johnson-Schultz is horrendous.

Your right and the worst part is as horrendous as Shultz and Johnson are none of our forwards have the ability to take advantage of it.

I just can't hope for them to lose..........that being said MB has made the last 5 years so miserable, it really is important to now lose and it gives us a shot at #1

Gallagher-Danault-Tatar can definitely outplay one of those two lines (talking at ES obviously).

The other line they won't face however... Free all-you-can-eat..
