AA got in Blashill's dog house. But Blashill is a f***ing moron who's been poisoning Red Wings prospects for 5 years now. So, you know how it goes... some fans will side with the player and some will side with the coach.

You haven't seen top-tier AA yet. You can see his confidence building though. Could be coming.
The thing I like is that, while he'll never be a Selke guy (and that's frustrating with his speed), he's playing pretty responsible 200-foot hockey.

and quite honestly i'm fine with having depth players that aren't 200foot gods, after all these years of stale "reliable" bottom sixers

The defensive zone coverage by the Ducks on Wagner's last shift was laughable. They gave up the puck and then didn't even try to prevent the golden road pass to the high slot. Poor Gibson.

Also, that was a hell of a save by Grosenick right there.
