Like a Petr Mrazek?  :help:
Petr was great in the four games he played before he got killed by an AHLer trying to backcheck. Of course, knowing Petr, he probably would have shit the bed over the next four games.

@Striiker you can have one brand new, vintage edition Jacob Kucharski. @Mike1167 can vouch for him. Kid's a beast.

I think you're underselling Scott Laughton here...
Okay, fine

Enthusiastic amateur fans are better at assessing players and coaches than the Flyers.

As long as that remains true, they'll keep being detestable and pathetic losers
The most annoying thing about this organization is that can’t put it all together at the same time. Before they hit home runs on practically every first round forward, missed every late round pick, and couldn’t recognize defense talent at all. It’s completely reversed at the draft now. Imagine where this team would be if Rubtsov, OBrien and Frost were Gagne, Williams and Richards level players on the flyers right now. Imagine if Patrick was at least that level too.

Frost will be 22 next year, Patrick 23, a little early to write them off. Just bad luck with both of them.
JOB is playing fine for BU, if this was his junior season (and remember, he played HS, not USHL, which slowed his development) we'd be saying he's coming along nicely.

Rubtsov was a bad pick in a bad draft. We could have stayed put and taken Stanley or Bellows.
The best players from 18 onward: #39 DeBrincat, #47 Girard, #48 Hart, #49 Lindgren, #66 Fox. Talk about a roll the dice draft!

If St Louis miss the playoff this year, I wonder what it would take to get Parayko at the draft. It certainly isn't going to be cheap, but surely there is a deal to be made there.

Huge RH defenseman on the last year of his deal. Seems like he would be the pefect fit next to Provorov.

After letting Pie go (or Pie leaving. Whatever), there's virtually no chance they don't open the checkbook for Parayko. The team will submarine hard if they let him leave. Parayko is the only thing that made Pie not being an automatic re-sign palpable.

Yeah I totally get that. I have no idea what their prospect situation is like, but they seem to have a lot of holes across the lineup. It was purely based on if Parayko didn't give any indication that he would re-sign
