Cap Space is finally getting that well deserved pay raise

so they may have jumped the gun on this one as their is still over 3 1/2 months left before they have the new cap. With the massive hit to oil today and talks it could get a lot worse (thankfully I sold my 2 oil stocks a few weeks ago after getting crushed on CHK those f***ers) but if this gets anywhere near 20 a barrel for any length of time, which it sounds like it will, that is going to impact the CAD which will impact the cap number in July.

that said I might start to nibble on some oil stocks if it does get much cheaper for down the road.
